Authenticity Guarantee – All our products are certified and made of genuine 18K and 24K gold.
Pricing – Prices are subject to daily gold market rates. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
Payments – We accept cash, card, and approved online payment methods.
Orders & Reservations – Custom orders require advance payment. Delivery timelines will be communicated upon confirmation.
Warranty – Jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects. Damage due to mishandling, improper use, or wear and tear is not covered.
Modifications – Leemark Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice
Return & Exchange Policy
At Leemark Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns:
Gold jewellery can be returned within 7 days of purchase in unused and original condition.
A valid purchase receipt must be presented.
Returns are not applicable for custom-made or personalized items.
Exchanges:
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Price differences due to gold market fluctuations will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
Bank/card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days.
